Great source of information for health and weight loss! Two thumbs up!

I found this podcast just a few days ago wading through alot of health and weight loss podcasts out there that just don't cut it.Some podcasts preach how fat you are and how fat the world is others just talk about themselves. This podcast is completely different it's simple and to the point on what you need to do to lose weight and get in shape. Great sound and audio quality the videos have wonderful tips for exercise and strengh training. I am trying to lose a few pounds and learned in just 3 podcasts what I am doing wrong and how to correct it. This is highly recommended takes notes and listen in !! Careful you might just lose a few pounds along the way !! Keep it up Kira !

Phenomenal Workout Guide!!

I'd have to say hands down that this is the best podcast out there for providing weight loss and fitness training advice! I just started listening a month ago and I'm already seeing results with my fitness routine. I can't wait to purchase the Weightloss Workshop series as it will be PACKED with even more information - video and audio advice. When I am planning to work out, I relisten to the episodes that focus on the body parts - like the back and legs - then I am even more focused to get my workout done. And the best part is that my workouts aren't taking as long as they used to and I'm getting even better results! Thanks Kira and keep up the great work!

I agree with Matthew--I love this podcast. I have found many resources on dieting and exercise to contain information I already have heard. Kira provides valuable information for people who are just learning about healthy lifestyles as well as those of us who think we know it all already.
