Great resource for the Post Production community

Like many of the rest of you who work in edit bays, at sound mixers, or just at the computer for most of the day, I have found it very easy to neglect my health. Working in such a sedentary profession can easily lead down the path to skipping exercise, and worse, turning to junk food for a temporary pick-me-up. Fitness in Post aims to change all that. The podcast is a wonderful resource with interesting interviews relating to the entire fitness spectrum. And it’s hosted by a real working editor, who knows exactly what it’s like to live our daily lifestyle. There’s also a growing forum where you can discuss all sorts of topics with your fellow posties.

Bottom line, if you’re interested in making a positive change in your life, just take a listen and see where it can take you!

Great supplement to a fitness program

The whole FIP program is great on its own, but this podcast has become another important piece of my fitness puzzle. It’s both an inspiration for me to listen to like-minded people fight through their fitness difficulties and overcome them and an education listening to the interviews with experts on fitness subjects I know little about. There’s not much more to say, if you’re in the post industry and want to get fit, there’s no reason not to subscribe and listen to this podcast. Good luck!
