new recovery related show ive added to my list

I find listening to Recovery podcasts helpful and have been enjoying the fitspaz recovery show a lot. Added it to the list of my other favorite podcasts I like to listen to and glad it is here on iTunes now. I had been watching on you tube. I have been listening to the Fitspaz recovery shows from beginning to end and find it helpful. Paul is honest and sharing his journey and growth being clean and sober. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is thinking about getting sober and he is not only talking the talk but he is walking the walk. Seeing how someone if they really want to stop hurting from drinking or drugs can find a way to stop using and face life and recover. So I hope Paul keeps making these shows. I like the fitspaz Radio show where Paul talks about the physical fitness training and all that but Im that into exercise at this time. Rome wasn’t built in one day.

I like it

I am pleased with what I am hearing and how the show is progressing. :)
