NOT Your Starbucks Unicorn Frap

As the title of this review states: this podcast isn't a bait and switch like the Frap-who-must-not-be-named.

In the past, I've been lured into listening to podcasts that seem sweet, colorful, and magical..the podcasts that boast of inclusivity and body positivity (BoPo for those in the know).. Only to taste the sour disappointment of regret in the form of:
"Yes, you can lose weight AND be Body Positive!! Have your cake and eat it too! Haha see what I just did there?! Wink wink."

But Lacy..well Lacy is not afraid to GENUINELY challenge the status quo- especially in regards to diet culture. She doesn't do this podcast to hear herself talk or spew only her POV.. she listens. Like really, really listens to those she interviews.

I look forward to her podcasts every week. And you will too. So put on your sweats, grab a cup of coffee or non unicorn frap..and subscribe already!

Queer femme podcast for the win!

I love this podcast! Lacy brings on fascinating guests to talk about feminist fitness, radical recovery, working for yourself, and self care. Lacy herself is brillant and makes me chuckle like no one else. Subscribe!

Love this podcast!

I was really liking the direction that Lacy's last podcast was going and then in ended abruptly. But now its even better! So inspiring. Every week i am encouraged to do something new or follow some new kickass lady. Thanks!
