Exactly what I needed
Engaging in justice work is difficult and can be draining if you don't take the time to renew yourself with spiritual practice and by hearing stories like these. I'm really happy that there is a space to hear from such amazing activists and how their justice work and their spirituality interact.
Gets the creative, intellectual, and spiritual juices flowing...
It's just great stuff
Really enjoying this podcast! It's a smooth and soulful addition to my afternoon. Caitlin, Lena and Rev. Sekou are going deep quickly on how they find they are spiritually fed through movement work.
