Great info

Dr. Rhonda's podcast is a great bridge between the scientific literature and the non-expert community. It's clear, well produced and does not get bogged down with too much jargon. I nominate her for the official science correspondent for the joe rogan experience.

Fantastic Information

Dr. Rhonda has a no nonsense approach to what works. She presents you the facts backed by the studies to make her point and encourages the listener to make a change in their lives. I love that she is humble and doesn't come over as patronizing or even a know it all. She's just delivering a genuine passion for better health and you can tell this is something she lives by. My favorite health podcast!
