How Active Am I? Not Enough!

I love the idea of using physical activity to help your business. Most people would say we have to work harder and harder in order to succeed, but Paula G makes the point - humorously and convincingly - that using physical exhaustion, or even just strong physical activity, can turn off what she calls "the unnecessary worry." I think we can all relate to that! Thanks, Paula!

Author and Writing Coach

Fantastic podcast! Afterward I felt refreshed and revigorated. Also loved Paula's comment, "If you can't feel the way you want to feel along the way, you're not going to feel good when you get there." So true. A great quote--although I'm not sure I got it right. Are transcripts to podcasts viewable?--and a wonderful reminder of that it's really about the journey. Thanks, Paula!

Warmth and Humor in the Face of the Unexpected

Glad to feel the humanness (is that actually a word) of Paula’s worklife which, like mine, has its surprises. Only I would never be up at 5:40am in the morning. Thanks for describing what’s “real”vs. the "drama in life".
