Great Discussion of Stories

This is an always interesting conversation about stories and the people who tell them. Paul and Dave are nice, knowledgeable hosts who can really articulate why they enjoy the things that they do.

Listen to this show.

I know what you are thinking. I have so many podcasts to listen to. Why should I add another? And who is this Paul Montgomery guy anyway? And what in H-E- Double tooth picks is a Fuzzy Typewriter?
"Oh My that's exactly what I am thinking! How did you know?"
I just know now I want you to stop worrying your pretty little head. Fuzzy Typewriter is a great podcast and well worth adding to your itunes library. Paul and his cohost Dave Accampo are fans of storytelling and stories and love discussing them.
"I love stories!"
I know you do. I haven't even mentioned the best part.
"Free Pie!"
No silly, Fuzzy Typewriter might be one of the most professional produced podcasts on net. You won't find loud mouthed amateurs here. What you will find is some quality audio entertainment. So crisp and polished you might think that you are listening to NPR for a second.
"Sounds Great! Sign me up...wait you never answered my question. What is a Fuzzy Typewriter?"
Haha I can't explain everything at once foolish child. Somethings have to be discovered on your own.
"Thanks Dad."
Your welcome Son, now have a nice day at school.

The Best Storytelling Discussion Around

If you're a fan of good storytelling in any medium, listen to Fuzzy Typewriter. The hosts Paul and David spend each episode discussing a specific work of fiction as well as related works within the same genre. So far, they have discussed movies, comics/graphic novels, and books.
They also have episodes dedicated to the creative process, having covered collaboration and comedy to date. These episodes are particularly enlightening if you have any interest at all in making art.

It is clear that these hosts understand the content of the stories they discuss as well as the craft behind them. That degree of familiarity makes the podcast a joy to listen to. Critique and opinion is one thing; creative respect is another. This podcast has both, and it is delivered in style and good humor.

Highly recommended.
