Video game madness in longform...
These two go deep on interesting topics, are thoughtful, and put a tremendous amount of effort and care into this podcast. The industry guests always seem comfortable and everyone recording talks about lots of smart stuff without trying to sound smart. Its actually really refreshing.
The host Steven is a madman. He keeps is buckled down most of the time but its fun when he lets loose.
Not your usual game-related podcast
I am not a young person who has been playing video games since they were a child, so it is a little surprising to find a podcast that covers video games at this higher level and, thus, keeps my interest. It is not about how to play a game, the latest hacks, or breaking news, but about more philosophical topics regarding game design, ethics, psychology and that sort of thing. If you want to game hacks, go elsewhere. If you want discussion at a higher level, this is the place.
Great Topics!
I love this podcast because they cover a variety of topics in video gaming and their guests have all had really different but super interesting backgrounds.
