Devoted to Better Health
George D. is one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever seen in the area of health and fitness. He is fully committed to providing a path to better living through diet and exercise. George always calls it like he sees it. He's not afraid to confront convention and deception.
You. Need. This.
Physical trainers. Medical doctors. The most up to date info. Informative, uplifting, and an easy listen. You need this.
Good info, easy listen
I've listened to George for years and have always enjoyed his shows. George is always well prepared and asks great questions. He has a way of getting his guests to speak in terms that the average person can understand. Dr. Webster and Tina Allen are also great contributors, and their easy interaction and playful discussions make it feel like you're sitting around the table discussing these things over a cup of coffee (or protein shake) rather than listening to a scientific discussion of health issues. Way to go, George! Thanks for the podcasts!
