Brad offers a really unique perspective on health and fitness. When most other experts are telling you to do more, go harder, no pain, no gain, Brad has a more balanced, effective approach. And he's hilarious, too. Give this podcast a try. You'll be glad you did.

Truly Unique and Interesting Content

Wow! This is good stuff. Not The typical self help podcast. I love the angle that Brad takes toward competition and life in general. Looking forward to hearing some more. Definitely in my rotation now

I was so excited to learn that Brad has a new podcast. I’ve listened to a ton of his Keto episodes on Primal Blueprint - I just love listening to him! Great voice, great easy-going attitude, and super knowledgeable about a broad range of topics. I always learn some cool new tidbit about health, nutrition, exercise, etc. I also greatly appreciate Brad’s “don’t take life too seriously - enjoy your life man” attitude. So far the new podcast is Great Stuff! Keep it comin’ Brad!!
