Gabe and Joe are like the "Click and Clack" of fitness/health information
I have enjoyed all of the 18 episodes of Getting Fit with Gabe and Joe! Their seriousness about fitness and nutrition and their sense of humor provide an entertaining and interesting role model for adapting fitness regimes and the Paleo philosophy of nutrition to each person's point of physical fitness and individualized goals. Definitely worth the time listening! An extra perk: the excellent musical interludes provided by these two excellent musicians.
