Like it or not, the United States has a long and intimate relationship with Christianity. Listen in every other week with progressive theologian Annie Mesaros and her guests as they delve into what Christianity is and isn’t, what it has been and what it could be. We hope that by better understanding where religious conservatives are coming from, we can be better conversation partners across difference and contribute to sustainable, collaborative social change.

This podcast is one of my new favorites!
Annie Mesaros’ hosting is the perfect combination of thoughtful questions, beautiful theological reflection, and sass. Give this a listen! You’ll love it!
Insightful and thought-provoking
This podcast is finding a special place in my heart. Each time I listen in, I find Annie asking important questions about current events, the contributing factors to those events, and the interaction between sociopolitical issues and faith.
In short, Annie seems to be tapping into struggles in questions which define who we are, and in that sense God Help Us feels like a discussion of our humanity in its wonder and complexity, and in the inevitable shortcomings which make us human.
I look forward to each upcoming episode!
