Excited and happy

I'm a fan of both hosts of this podcast. I'm happy to see this podcast take off and get into wrestling myself. Such a great start and i'm very excited to see where this goes!

Essential Listening for the Queer Wrestling Fan

If you want your wrestling podcasts to be more than just white dudes sitting around talking spots then Hard Times Podcast is for you. Both Megan and Elle exude enthusiasm for pro wrestling (and offer pointed criticism) that is just a joy to listen to.

Even better they don't limit themselves to just WWE product. They talk NXT, Chikara, New Japan Pro Wrestling, classic NWA and WCW, as well as Lucha Underground. As someone who desperately wanted a wrestling podcast that wasn't just white straight dudes upon white straight dudes, I will forever pop for Hard Times Podcast.

The wrestling podcast I've so desperately needed

As someone who only very recently got into wrestling, it's refreshing to hear perspectives outside of the usual macho ones you expect from this field. My only complaint is that the audio can be a little rough sometimes- but it's worth it to hear these passionate and critical dissections of modern pro wrestling!
