Customer Reviews

Top performer

Steph is a wealth of knowledge and these podcasts are the perfect accompaniment to her cookbook, blog, and website. She's so motivating. Highly recommend this podcast to anyone looking for real life motivation and information on performance.

Motivating!

I have been following Stephanie’s blog, Stupid Easy Paleo, for a few years now and it’s been exciting to “grow” with her in my own journey for strength & wellness. What I love about the blog is now even more accessible than ever. Only three episode’s in I have already put it on top of my playlist.

Stephanie is motivating, vastly knowledgeable, and perhaps my favorite trait of hers, transparent. In an arena (Fitness/Wellness) that thrives on shaming and extremism to gain followers/popularity and sponsorship deals, Stephanie remains authentic while respecting the journey and choices of others. She educates thoughtfully, is openly human, and with her complete approach to being “unbreakable” I am thrilled for what is ahead! I am also really stoked to hear from her guests to follow…for I know they will be quality experts in their respective fields.

Highly recommended

I recently started listening to Harder to Kill on the suggestion from a friend and I'm hooked. The passion Steph and her guests/cohosts have for the topics discussed is infectious, no matter the topic... I even found myself caring about bees by the end of the hive mind episode. The topics are thought provoking and I've learned so much. I encouraged a friend to listen as well and now we have regular convos about what we've learned, what the topics made us think about on our lives, and how we can make changes to those things. I highly recommend you take a listen
