Such a great podcast! These ladies are real and are answering all the random but important questions about fitness and a healthy lifestyle that we all wonder about. I love that they debunk fads, explain simple ways to be active, and talk about the science of health in a way that is easy to understand. Oh and they love coffee so that gives them a 6th star if there was the option!
