Good stuff

I enjoyed the info and I enjoy cliffbars

Fun, different podcast

This podcast is exactly like the Clif Bar: you expect something effective, but a little dry... and then you're very pleasantly surprised. The podcast is a collection - almost like a mosaic - of voices from the Clif staff, all with experience to share. It's an unorthodox approach for an "educational" podcast, but it's great fun to listen to. The best part is the very obvious enthusiasm of the participants - because they're sharing personal stories, their excitement and humor comes through in their voices. It makes you want to get out and run immediately. Solid information, too - good advice in an entertaining package. I look forward to more!

Great Workout Resource!

I have been following this via Motion Traxx and am currently doing the Boot Camp podcast. It is challanging and very well presented. Can't wait to hear what else is in store!
