Straight to the point, Luke is very motivating and helpful in guiding the audience to the better way of living. I very much enjoy the show; I am sure you will do too!

Perfect for going from thought to action

I love the way Luke lays out reasonable ways for his listeners to take the changes they want to make in their lives to live better and implement the proper ways to reach them. The mindset is as important as the plan and Luke and his guests do a great job of connecting them together. Definitely recommend.

Actionable Habit-Forming Tips Rocked!

I enjoyed listening to Luke's podcast because he is very articulate. I could easily follow his conversational stylings. He also seems to have a knack for asking super fantastic questions of his guest.

This day, his learned guest was able to chime right in with real-time life experiences, adding timely glow and grow points as he went along.

I loved the "pup" story, which I suggest you listen to for yourself.

This podcast was all about making healthy, habit-forming life choices one step at a time. Luke keeps the show moving as both narrator, and summery artist. Check it out!
