Truly appreciate you and your work! Thank you
Highly recommend to everyone regardless of where you are in your life. Constantly replay to keep myself aware and reflective.
If you like being sold...
I’m sure there is some valuable information here, but after going through the assessment and over two hours of investment, I’m still just being sold the ideas. This doesn’t seem to align with some of the stated claims.
The six categories they provide are worthwhile, but they are also basically just a re-articulation of everything I’ve heard in various other “life design” programs. I imagine the validity of the studies are based highly on self perception (which isn’t static or void of context) - thus, someone who is narcissistic or lacks self reflection would measure highly on the scale.
I don’t doubt that the author has lots of first-hand experience, but what I’m not finding is a sense of ethic toward the listener beyond their use value as a consumer. I appreciate that the audio book is free, but after a couple of hours it really just feels like a gateway to their products. If it takes that long to sell me an idea, then the interest is in the selling and not the actual content.
An unlistenable pile of garbage. The first episode is 48 minutes of him selling himself to you in that disgusting self help style unique to the genre. Zero information. All sizzle no steak.
