Nice and challenging 60 minute workouts!

I have been trying out different yoga podcasts on iTunes to supplement my regaular Yoga practice at the gym. It is hard to find many 60 minute power yoga podcasts so I was thrilled to have found Highland Training Power Yoga. The instruction is clear and concise and the workout follows a good pace. I am an intermediate student and find this podcast to be a good challenge. I will definitely have a few of these on rotation on my ipod. My only suggestion is for music in the background. Thank you!

Missing you...

I really miss getting more of your workouts Mike. I wish wish wish that you would come back and do more! I still use these workouts every morning, going from 1 to 26 over and over. Your voice is soothing and humorous at times, pushing me to keep trying to push myself each session. Love you Mike and wish you'd come back!

Flat & it's not "Doggy,"

I have been practicing for 10 years. This is painfully boring. He does not name the poses, has no Sanskrit & coins Down Dog - Downward Doggy. Most boring class. I guess I didn't have to walk out of a studio. It may be good for a beginner.
