An inspiring class to take whenever you want!

Hillary is awesome - her practice is incredibly grounded and she is really clear in communicating exactly what brings your pose into greatest alignment. I love her ability to make the class about something much more profound than asana. I take the lessons she offers and get insights from them for days after! I'm thrilled to see her on podcast.

Namaste Hillary

This is my first time with you. You have the touch and insight I was looking for on this day. Thank you for contributing to our minds and spirits as well as to our bodies. Blessings to you and happy holidays. Vanessa

Almost like a studio

The experience of doing these podcasts while away on my business is truly exquisite. Hillary's teaching took me beyond the confines of the hotel room and its constraints--I could imagine being back home in a real yoga studio. It's wonderful to be able to do these classes rather than the DVDs I used to travel with and have such a full experience of a class. The teaching is very clear and easy to follow.
