Missions should be a priority in all our lives. Missions is influenced by God's power and meeting needs. This sermon focuses on Acts 1:1-8. How are you being a witness for the Kingdom of Jesus?

August is Missions Month at Hillcrest Christian Church. Nathan Davenport, recruiter at Pioneer Bible Translators, shares from 1 Samuel 11-1-4. Jesus Christ is the hope of the world. Love must be sincere and without hypocrisy. It must be true. As a church family we are to be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Romans 12: 9-10 emphasizes these actions.

This is the third and final sermon in a series pertaining to the study of God's Word. The text is from John 15. The Christian faith is not an isolated faith. We are not meant to live life by ourselves. We have access to God and His power. Do not be prideful and abstain from asking for prayer. Only God can do the work of God.
