Customer Reviews

Surface history with a positive spin.

I'm kind of surprised that I just listened to 5 minutes on Genghis Khan and it wasn't mentioned that he was likely responsible for 50,000,000+ people dying horrible agonizing deaths. Strange omission.
I like the format, host guy, and audio, but the history (time limitations being what they are- but come on, the Great Khan was a flipping monster and that got nary a mention!?) might leave something to be desired.

learning history in bite size chunks

I love the idea, the host and the format! Since the history channel turned into the Alien/Pawn Stars channel, its refreshing to find information and a show like this. I understand the difficulty of condensing a topic down to 5 minutes and include what everyone thinks is most important. I think Michael is doing a great job. Keep up the good work!

Great introduction to history!

I like the format, host and topics. It give the listener a taste of the history (5 minutes) and it creates an interest for more research on their own.
