Customer Reviews

The Hockey PDOcast is legit.

If you're a hockey fan that likes a little deeper content than just the box scores and highlight shows, you gotta give this a listen. Smart content that gives the game a ton of context that you can't get just anywhere.

Great show.

Dimitri and Travis are both smart, insightful dudes. Looking forward to hearing more!

Smart and entertaining!

This is a great podcast and I hope it gets the support to continue. The first episode with Jamie McLennan was a very insightful look at things from a goalie’s perspective. The season preview episodes offered a solid primer for the season.

One suggestion: I’d love an episode or two that breakdown different coaching strategies and look at how the systems of various teams work (or don’t work), especially for some of the new coaches (or old coaches in new places). Is Blashill doing anything significantly differently from Babcock? Has Babcock changed his system now that he has significantly less talent to work with? How is McLellan using the Oilers young talent, and how has Deboer changed things with what is mostly the same old cast in SJ? We hear a lot about the effect of player movements on teams, but it’s not often we get to hear insightful commentary about coaches.
