Plain and Simple Gold

I've been considering homeschooling for a while but having always had a playbook for my own education, untethering from the system seems scary. With their conversational style Hank and Sherry make this podcast easy to follow and take a lot of fear out of the prospect of homeschooling. Their advice is sound and practical, coming from their own personal experience. They may sound more *Christian* than some listeners but hey, if we learned only from those of our own stripes, life would be pretty dull!

Can't wait for more episodes.

I just wanted to let you know that I have a special needs child too and it just touched my heart to know that there are parents out there that are loving as you both are and are able to educate your children at home. I have stuggled in the past not know what to teach him or my little girl since they so different from one another. Since his sister is not special needs not knowing were to start with my son was hard, his autism really is a challenge at times. Its wonderful to know that even when challenged with homeschooling that parents like you inspire me to learn more about what I can so that I can teach them better.
