High quality podcast.
I appreciate the professional demeanor of the host and how he asks clear and concise questions. No silly nonsense, no time-wasting banter, no off-topic discussions. Simply great, laser-focused discussions on all things human performance.
Excellent podcasts - concise and actionable
If you're at all interested in general nutrition and exercise science, this is a GREAT podcast to listen to.
The folks at HPA have quickly compiled (as of early Nov 2016) nearly 2 dozen extremely well done podcasts with some of the leading researchers in their respective fields - such as Prof. Jose Antonio, Prof. Stuart Phillips, etc.
I very much appreciate that the podcasts are very 'accessible', meaning that they provide readily understandable knowledge in a reasonable period of time. This is absolutely a science oriented podcast where you don't need to be an expert in nutrition or exercise science yourself to effectively follow along.
So kudos to HPA to hitting the ground running with their podcasts. Great job to all involved!
I love this podcast! The guests he has on are always very knowledgeable and easy to understand. The topics are relevant and important. I have learned SO much from this podcast and translated it to my own workouts. I look forward to the next episode! Keep it up!
