Inspiring

I am so excited to hear more episodes of Hurdle! Emily - I don’t remember how I found you, but I followed you on IG and later ended up googling you when I was trying to get back into running. You inspire me every single day to be better, do more, and to never give up. Wellness is so important, and I love this concept of talking to people about how impactful is can be on one’s life. It’s not preachy, it’s real lives and it’s relatable and wonderful. Thank you for doing this, and what an incredible job you have done. 👏🏽

Conquer your hurdles.

Wow. This podcast is incredibly helpful. I am on the road for work and anytime I feel uncentered, especially on a travel day, I pop my headphones in and just listen. Emily Abbate has created a conversation combining mental health, wellness, and nutrition to help navigate through the twist and turns life has to offer. Thank you for this. ❤️

A must listen!

I keep coming back to this podcast because I love hearing all the guests’ stories and Emily does a fantastic job with her questions. It does NOT feel like an interview, you feel like you’re listening to two close friends chatting about life and it’s awesome getting the back stories to both of their successes! Highly recommend.
