"Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right." How many times have you heard of a "dream job," an extraordinary athletic feat, or even a benevolent vocation that someone has and thought to yourself, "I Could NEVER Do That!" These people don't have superpowers, per se. These normal folks simply have a huge desire to do what it is they're doing and they ultimately have an unwavering faith that they can achieve their goals, no matter how big. Remember, courage isn't the absence of fear. Courage is "going in" in spite of your fears. These are the stories of people who have gone in and fought hard to achieve the unthinkable in spite of the fact that, yes, sometimes they are scared and do have some insecurities. Are you ready to go in? It's my hope that after hearing some of these interviews with thought leaders, artists, athletes, musicians and entrepreneurs that maybe you too will go from, "I Could Never Do That" to, "I Could Do That."

I Really Could Never Do R3

I enjoyed listening to Carrie and her guests reminisce about their recent Rim to Rim to Rim run in the Grand Canyon, especially because I completed a South to North Rim to Rim hike in May 2017 (that was tough enough!). Hiking below the rim is an amazing experience, as they confirmed. Great job on the completion and the podcast!

One caveat, though: The South Kaibab Trail has NO water on it for about seven tough miles. If you're fast and can run it in about two hours, then you might not need more than two liters of water. However, for us slower folks, three liters is the safe amount to carry (and a bottle filled with electrolytes helps, too), especially if it's hot. You can then fill up at the start of the River Trail if you're doing Rim to River to Rim or at Phantom Ranch if you're going Rim to Rim(s). Good hiking, y’all!

I have known Carrie Sapp Barrett for well over 20 years, and I have seen her go from doing no physical exercise to morph'ing into a marathon runner, an ultra runner, a trail runner, a Iron Man triathlon finisher (multiple times!), an incredibly knowledgeable coach, a freelance writer, and most important of all - a woman who walks the walk she talks (or in this case, runs the run she talks!) "I Could Never Do that" is the most legit, inspiring and motivational podcast currently available that's out there! I truly enjoy every single podcast Carrie does, as her passion for life spills over beautifully into every show!

Sweet interviews to run with.

I really appreciate you podcasts. Very inspiring and motivating
