You both very clearly have ED mentalities. I think you should put trigger warnings on your podcasts. The way you describe your eating habits and feelings towards food is very unhealthy and could be harmful for other people.
Maybe not the best podcast for someone who knows absolutely zero science but as a competitive powerlifter, future healthcare provider, and someone who is just passionate about training and nutrition in general I find your interviews to be EXTREMELY informative, well researched, and eloquently directed.
This is hands down my favorite fitness podcast (and I listen to quite a few). Love Jeff and Robyn. The person saying they have an eating disorder is probably fat and don't know what the word discipline means. Highly recommend.
