Right show at the right time

I’ve always had an issue with eating too much. It comes and goes. Very excited to listen to this show, in hopes it will give me the tools to overcome my own struggles! Knowing it is coming from someone as smart and caring as Julie gives me great hope. And the format is splendid.

Sooooo needed!

I was really caught by the statistic that we make more than 200 food choices a day.

It's amazing that so many of us have so many issues with something we've been doing every day for all our lives.
