Love the subject but hate the interruptions

I love the subject of Keto endurance as I am a fat adapted athlete. Love also guests and the information that they provide. I do not love, however, like the constant interruptions that Brian makes while his guests are talking so that he can make something clearer or make sure that we, the listener, heard/understand the point that the guest has made. This is not needed or appreciated. The interruptions make it very difficult for me to listen to the podcast. Not sure how much longer I can stay subscribed because of this. Most of the guests do other podcasts where they are not constantly being interrupted.

Needs timestamps

I can’t take it anymore. Keto plus athleticism is my ideal combination for a podcast I would want to listen to. But ever since they stopped putting timestamps in the notes, I have no way to easily get past Brian’s babbling. And the extent to which he cuts off his interviewee is just too much.

Great Content/But the production....

There are a bunch of podcasts about the ketogenic diet, but this is the best one specifically aimed at athletic performance. I love the content, and even enjoy the banter between Brian and Danny. However the production can at times be so bad that I can't listen! For example, Episode 70 sounds like both Danny and guest Steve Parke are calling in on cell phones with poor service. I don't know the answer, but other podcasts don't seem to have the same problem.
