Customer Reviews

Great show

Wouldn't expect any less from Eric and Josh, two extremely knowledgable guys who know their hoop. Great one-stop shop for everything basketball in LA.

One of the Best Laker Podcasts

Intelligent Laker talk from amiable hosts Josh Martin and NBA Salary Cap expert Eric Pincus. Lots of good analysis and out the box thinking, especially regarding cap-related issues (Loul Deng reverse buyout scenario, for example).

Awesome Podcast

I downloaded the Hollywood Hoops podcast for two reasons. For my Lakers and to learn about the salary cap from Mr. Eric Pincus. Eric Pincus & Co conduct an really informative podcast with very little mumbo jumbo. Very little ramble. Eric is a salary cap guru! I've learned a lot about the cap due to him. He's very objective, as well as the guests that appear. They'll say things you we Lakers fans do not want to hear, as well as the good things. Unlike a lot of Lakers Podcasts that aren't very objective.

It's not all business, though. You'll get some fun within episodes, which include getting updates on Eric's daughter's rec league team that he coaches (don't worry what Doc Rivers said to you post game after a playoff game, Eric!! Haha) - along with other things sprinkled in here and there in episodes. It's a great listen while in traffic, working out, at work, etc. I recommend this podcast!
