Mallory Deserves Her Salary
It's an honor and a privilege to write the first review of this podcast. One of the best things to come out of Grantland was the Game of Thrones video recaps and one of the best things about those recaps was Mallory's wicked knowledge drops when she would appear as a guest. I also enjoyed the Game of Thrones after show on HBO, however as much as I enjoy Andy Greenwald I think they would have been much better served to highlight more of Mallory and Jason on that show.
Yes the conceit of this podcast isn't original as I am already listening to a podcast that's going through each season of game of thrones and recapping but I'm sure Mallory will bring her own spin on this and it will be worth listening. I hope she brings on Jason and I wouldn't mind the occasional Andy and Chris appearance.
