Ive been listening to this podcast for years so it’s over due that I finally write a review. All of these conversations are so authentic and intentional. It’s worth a listen because there’s always tangible tips I can easily implement in my life and share with others for being more healthy and aware. Entertaining guests with very honest and eye opening stories. Eliza you’re killing it! I know creating, editing, recording, sharing, etc all on your own is not easy on top of everything else in life. You’re an inspiration with all you do! Thank you for continuing with this podcast. I share it with all my friends. I love it!
Ps. Just went to write a review for this podcast AGAIN because it’s that good! Also I finally got holistic coaching from Eliza as of September 2023. In a few short words it changed my life. I’m loving myself more than ever and feel so confident in who I am and how I make better intuitive decisions because of her. Cannot recommend this podcast, Eliza or her coaching enough!
