Lots cool behind the scenes info

Sometimes I love listening to this show and feel like I’m getting lots of fascinating info on the world of graphic novels and comics. Every once in a while the show drifts way off into the weeds and gets very boring, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. It either gets too deep into the personal fannish opinions of one of the panelists, or too far into discussions of things like gripes about the latest cons(which are the same gripes each time)

Unique podcast

This is one of the few, if only, podcasts with persons knowledgeable about the business side of the comic book industry. It can be very informative. However, pre-covid, the extended discussions about comic-cons could be overly detailed and uninteresting. I hope those dont reappear when the cons resume. And there is a generally high level of snark that could use toning down. I sometimes stop listening when it just devolves into extended complaints about this or that development.

My only must-listen podcast

You know how podcasts always ask you to leave a rating or a comment? Well, it’s only the one that you listen to all the time that finally get you to say, “OKAY ALREADY! I WILL!” And so here I am, leaving said comment. The show is great. Always informative and insightful, with smart analysis of the business side of things in particular. I subscribe to a lot of podcasts that I end up not listening to, but this is one where I eagerly await each episode. Keep on keeping on, gang!
