Enjoying the Podcast
Great podcast, quite a few podcasts talk about what is going on in competition shooting but Julie personalizes the competition world and also talks about how to become a sponsored shooter.
In talking about becoming a sponsored shooter she has avoided a common trap. Some would talk about how to become a better shooter, so you can win more and get sponsorship. She knows she can't teach you to shoot over an audio format so she is talking image, marketing strategy, record keeping and setting goals. These are things that you can learn via audio. Excellent and unique!
My only suggestions would be in format: Your segments are short enough that I find the transition music/sound effects distracting and unneeded. Also keeping yourself in the minds of your audience is important, your website has some quick tips type stuff, doing a 5 minute quick tip every month so you are releasing material every two weeks may be a good way of building your listenership.
Great work overall!
