This podcast series was absolutely invaluable and amazing. As someone who suffers from BPD this brought me hope. I'm only sad that I finished the series, please share more!!
I love this podcast!
I have BPD and have been going to DBT for a couple of years. I just listened to all these episodes during the past few days and I found them very insightful and valuable. Anyone with BPD should listen and I think, maybe more importantly, anyone who knows someone with BPD should listen, too.
Overall the series is starting off very well. Hopefully it will get more in depth as it moves along. Also please work on the sound in the audio. We can barely hear the interviewer.
