Customer Reviews

Dr. Claire is an amazing therapist and In Session is a GREAT podcast!!! I listen in the car on the way to work and her wisdom gives me strategies for dealing with the various stresses in my life - work, family, money, etc. She is a talented clinician and outstanding teacher for how to manage your emotions and enjoy life more fully by practicing mindfulness and using her wellbeing strategies. I agree that "self-care is not selfish" and have subscribed so I never miss an episode. THANK YOU Dr. Claire!
