I used to really like this podcast, my previous review demonstrates. But the initial group disbanded and the podcast had a lengthy hiatus, and had returned with a lack of the original charm. Instead of a fun interaction between friends, it’s now mostly Tim ranting to himself. I remember one episode where he went on about what to take to and eat at a church potluck for about 30 minutes.
I’m trying really hard to continue to enjoy this podcast. I wish Tim would bury the hatchet with Ernest and bring him back to the show. Matt can stay away, that guy got super annoying.

.......
This podcast is great for anyone who likes bjj. The rundown is like this: Tim is the "jew," though probably not actually jewish. Ernest is apparently a giant Mexican who has a deaf wife. Matt might be a big guy, but he doesn't train, so it's like, what's the point? But they still let him hang out and talk to super awesome bjj people.
If you're looking for information about the latest happenings in bjj or tips about submissions, look elsewhere. If you want a really fun, lighthearted, hilarious show that puts bits of bjj in there sometimes, this is it.
This podcast has become my favorite podcast, ahead of my former favorites, such as JRE, Doug Loves Movies, etc.
Also, the premium subscription will not improve your armbar, no matter how much Matt claims it will. But the premium subscriptions is absolutely worth $2 a month.
