Description

From the creators of Inside Psycho and Inside the Exorcist comes a new story about a classic movie and its inspirations. A tale of a modest thriller that became an ordeal and then a disaster and then a phenomenon and then a classic. A story of one man, a fresh-faced, inexperienced director who nearly wrecked his promising career and became the most important filmmaker of our era. This is Inside JAWS.

Customer Reviews

Fans of the movie "Jaws"...Don't waste your time with this

4 episodes in and less than 3 minutes have been about the movie, "Jaws". There are brief, questionable, facts about the producer Stephen Speilberg's life and several re-enactments of shark attacks from the early 1900s. There are even details about some of Speilberg's other movies but little about the movie "Jaws". Even if the last 3 episodes are all about the movie I have wasted 2 hours.
And the ads...Each 30 minute episode has over 6 minutes of ads spread out throughout the podcast, interrupting the narrative and ruining the storytelling. I am used to ads before and after the presentation but strewn throughout just cheapens the content of the podcast in my opinion.

Awful Ads

Every time you think you’re getting into a new anecdote or storyline it’s actually just another stupid ad for a toothbrush or mattress, wrapped up in dunderheaded writing that tries to couch it into the content. If you’re going to do ads, just do them. Don’t try to trick the audience into listening to ads by feigning like they’re part of the story.

Worst Podcast Ever

This is horrible and filled with ads poorly sneaked into the story. Narration is terrible
