This is the best weight loss podcast out there, and I have very high standards. It doesn't try to sell you anything, it doesn't talk down to you, and it doesn't just tell you the same things over and over again, the stuff that us chronic dieters already know. I highly recommend it. I only wish there were more episodes.

Great stuff! Glad I found it.

Hey all. If you're thinking whether or not to listen to Renee's podcast then think no longer. The answer is yes, just do it! She has a lot of wisdom and speaks (what a great voice) from experience when it comes to issues of weight loss. I'm discovering that more often than not our weight struggles are more psychological than physical. Now that Twinkie is my friend again; I just don't visit nearly as often as I used too and when I do I park around the block from his house. She speaks also about the Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle (more good stuff if you get the chance) and to me that's where most of our power lies...the choice we make now. If we can remain conscious of our choices, and I don't mean obsessive compulsive, we can slowly correct the less informed/easier/habitual choices we made in the past. I've already lost over 30 pounds before discovering this podcast and look forward to losing the remaining 50 with Renee's guidance playing as I log those miles. Thanks Renee and keep up the fantastic work.

Amazing Motivation

I found this podcast after looking around iTunes for a weight loss podcast. It is by far the best thing I found. Renee Stephens has some amazing insight and wonderful encouragement to offer to listeners. I recommend this to anyone that is searching for some extra motivation.
