Insightful & Relevant!
As a Board VP and Interim ED who helped transition a nonprofit from a founder-led to ED-led organization, I resonate with the “life stages” described in one of the talks. While we did seek consulting help, I wish the board had more clarity about the dynamics at various stages. This is a very helpful resource! Thank you Mary!!
Rev. Anne Tracy Carlson, M Div.
As a coach and consultant to churches and leaders, this new resource seems spot on for issues many congregations face.
I look forward to listening to all of the episodes as they are available.
Thanks Mary for providing this resource.
I joined the board of an all-volunteer nonprofit with no board experience and soon became president. Lots of lessons learned the hard way, I wish I had the insight and wisdom presented in Mary's podcasts. I've know Mary for several years, attended some of her seminars and contracted with her to lead board planning retreats, but her poscasts top them all. Mary, thank you for pulling together a diverse pool of the experts to share their wisdom. I look forward to more.
