Some of the best information, all in one place I’ve ever heard. Luke truly wants to help people through health and fitness. This podcast is so good it sometimes replaces my morning playlist on my morning walk. The biggest benefit of the pod cast, I feel, is the sense of community. Healthy life styles are much easier with wonderful tools, like this one. I look forward to new episodes every week. Appreciate all the work and care Luke puts into it.

Honestly Luke has hit the nail on the head with these podcasts. When I first started listening I was not sure what to expect, now I have listened to a good amount of them and it gets me thinking... where was this my whole life! Luke breaks down the detail and explains what’s needs to be done without the bs. I recommend not being distracted when listening because I hear so many things that catch my ears, so I rewind and listen again! I am looking forward to hearing more from Luke! Awesome work man!
