My new favorite podcast!
Listening to Dianne and Alicia feels like having a conversation with my best girlfriends. I put on episode one before going on my morning run and ended up so immersed in the discussion that I ran further than usual and was almost late for work! This podcast is smart and thought-provoking and I highly recommend it. Though you definitely don’t have to be a “Yoga person,” to enjoy it, I love the subtle yoga focus throughout — it’s very real and relatable and not at all “woo.” This show has inspired and encouraged me to start meaningful discussions, try new things, and most of all to keep learning. Can’t wait for the next episode!
