For real glad I found you guys. I followed you on YouTube for a little bit but when the podcast came out I latched on and I’ve have listened to every episode since. Keep killing it.
I like to play these for my woman and let her know there are other people out there with my same mindset.
The podcast i never knew I needed
I’ve seems tons of the fitness related videos of James on YouTube. To this day I still use many of his tips and tricks. If you’re looking for fitness tips and tricks this really isn’t the podcast for you. However, if your looking to enrich your mind body and soul with knowledge on becoming a better person overall this is the podcast for you. Do they talk about fitness related items? Yes they do but it’s much more than that it’s about how to be a better person, parent, sibling or just a friend. This pod cast shows that fitness although is a part of our lives but doesn’t have to control our lives. Yo build better relationships with those that share our same passions and fuel our flames not just in the gym but in life as a whole. The only suggestion that I will make is the volume has been a little low but maybe that will change when they switch from YouTube to the podcast only.

Just an average girl looking for good information on fitness and nutrition. A way of living, not a diet. Thank you for being that resource and helping me stay motivated with my journey to healthy living.
