Very Informative

For anybody interested in investing in the Japanese real estate market, this is the ONLY podcast available. Even though most of the episodes are usually short (about 15 minutes) the host, Ziv, deep dives into the the various investing conditions unique to the Japanese market. He offers a lot of practical advice and various aspects investors need to think about when investing in properties while being an "absentee landlord." He also interviews a lot of professionals in the field who offer different perspectives on real estate investing. The only complaint I have is that I wish the podcast episodes were either longer or published more than once a week.
