I'm subscribed to many fitness podcasts but Jay Scott has a way of simplifying the sometimes confusing art of body transformation. He's a wealth of information and also interviews the some of the best fitness personalities. The sound quality is great. He's entertaining and funny. I can't recommend it enough.

The BEST fitness podcast!

I have benn listening since the podcast began. I have enjoyed each episode. Jay provides honest and clear insight into fitness and overall wellness. This is not just a diet and exercise podcast; Jay and his guests discuss all the areas that impact overall wellness. BY FAR the best fitness podcast out there. I appreciate the personal insight Jay provides as examples to illustrate what he is discussing. The podcast always feels like I am listening to a frind's conversation. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic, trustworthy, fitness info

The FDF podcast (and Jay) is a breath of fresh air and honesty in an industry that often lacks in both transparency and ethics.

Jay is s fantastic interviewer and manages to get some of the best guests in the industry.

The podcast is full of information and just enough humor to keep it fun.

The advice is practical, the topics are relevant, and Jay (nor his guests) hide behind typical fitness pseudoscience and ego.
