Must Listen

Jocko made the jump from guest to host (Google Jocko Willink on Tim Ferris's and Joe Rogan's podcasts). We were all in need of a reality check; Jocko delivered.

Jocko inspires me to be a better version of myself, and to challenge my weaknesses and excuses head on. This man will change lives, and move people from the grey into the light.

Absolute "must listen" material.

Philosopher SEAL

Jocko Willink is an inspiration; a quintessential role model; a man who is steadfast, cunning, and serious minded; the kind of person you would trust your life with. He can say a lot by uttering very little. When philosophers talk about roman stoicism or Plato's philosopher king, Jocko is the 21st century embodiment of their self-conduct. And just like the case with stoicism, his basic principles are redundant--not because he runs out of things to say--but, because the answer to every problem that any human being has had or will ever have, remains unchanged: do what you know you ought to do, regardless of circumstance. If you are the kind of person who wants real answers and won't tolerate any nonsense, this is the podcast for you.

Long way to go

Love Jocko so I'm staying with it as long as I can. Echo needs a ton of work both on delivery and content of what he's saying. When Echo speaks it sounds like its the first time he's really thought about the topic. Not completely sure why he's interested in being the cohost for this. Would be awesome to see Jocko paired or have guests on who can compliment or maybe even challenge his views a little to yield even deeper insights. Am definitely hoping for me with this podcast and will stay with it a few more episodes
