Jonathan has been a huge part of my life. No, I don't know him. No, I don't know his wife. But...they BOTH are amazing. I was so excited that Jonathan got a podcast! Yeah! I am physically unable to attend his talks so when I found out from newsletter that he has this now, well, I was totally happy. Anyway, Jonathan is a true teacher of mindfulness. He has taught me to accept my life as it is, and to realize...it's actually not that bad! I am all "zenned" out after I listen to him. All of these episodes are worth downloading...oh....only if you want to become a better you though. If not, then don't bother. ; )
