love it!

I love how they incorporate learning and doing in the podcast. We learn why movement, stretching, and alignment are important, then we actually DO it!

Short and sweet; the perfect podcast to listen to on your morning walk!

Powerful message, delivery needs adjustment

Here’s a hidden gemstone of a podcast that I’m so glad someone brought to my attention. Katy is an amazing thinker. She’s got an incredible knowledge of her subject and makes some really practical and insightful points for consideration. I am so appreciate for what I’m learning from her. I have her book “Move Your DNA” and it is fabulous. I’m applying just a few of the general principles at this point and already feeling positive results. I’m rating 'Katy’ a 5-star, but the podcast as a 3-star. The bar for podcasting has risen due to so many well done examples out there. I’m glad that Katy takes her time to help us, and I don’t diminish that effort. The message is sound. The delivery could use some adjustment. The podcast is very “chatty.” It’s very freeform and wandering. As a result points are difficult to follow and sometimes lost, threads of thoughts become muddied and the experience of listening is a little taxing. If I could offer a constructive notion, it would be to start with more of an outline for the topic at hand and align the delivery closely in order to clearly communicate the information. A little bit of the chatty social stuff at the beginning and more at the end would not hurt. Just fewer off-topic wanderings while delivering the message would be appreciated.

Listen up!

This is a great way to get some amazing information about your body and how it works. Great for taking a walk or cooking dinner; I loved the movement suggestions. Also, great sound quality!
